18 June 2021 – Agrobiotechnology Talk Series (8) Intangible Assets of Agrobiotechnology

On 18 June 2021, ‘Intangible Assets of Agrobiotechnology’ was held online via zoom with a total of 36 participants attended. In this talk, lawyer Dr Albert Wai‐Kit Chan from International Intangible Asset Institute introduced the interactions of intangible assets of agrobiotechnology, including Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), Plant Variety Rights, Database, Regulatory approvals, Internet and other information networks.

It is the eighth talk of a series aiming to promote agrobiotechnology and enhance understanding of the potential applications of agricultural products. The target audience includes international scholars, researchers, agricultural industry as well as the general public.
