On 16 February 2021, ‘Digital Transformations Effects on Agricultural Products and Methods to Assess Market Trends’ was held at the CUHK and online via zoom with a total of 52 participants attended. In this talk, Prof Francisco Cisternas, Assistant Professor of Marketing, CUHK Business School, introduced digital transformations effects on agricultural products as well as methods to assess market trends, and discussed the challenges and opportunities for producers in the market affected by technological advances.

It is the fourth talk of a series aiming to promote agrobiotechnology and enhance understanding of the potential applications of agricultural products. The target audience includes international scholars, researchers, agricultural industry as well as the general public.
