Agrobiotechnology Talk Series (20) Phenotyping as an indicator of genetic diversity in soybean (17 June 2022)

On 17 June 2022, ‘Phenotyping as an indicator of genetic diversity in soybean’ was held online via zoom with a total of 66 participants attended. In this talk, our speaker, Prof. Ndomelele Ndiko Ludidi will focus on comparative qualitative and quantitative assessment of soybean lines as tools for determination of agronomic traits in relation to yield and genetic determinants of resilience to environmental stresses. The environmental stresses that will be tackled are drought and high temperature.

It is the 20th talk of a series aiming to promote agrobiotechnology and enhance understanding of the potential applications of agricultural products. The target audience includes international scholars, researchers, agricultural industry as well as the general public.
